OPTION 1
INVESTMENT OPTION
Entrance Fee - $199,000
Refundable - $159,200
Monthly Fee - $1,500
This plan provides you with a fixed return of your investment. 80% of the initial investment you make to secure your cottage will be refunded to you or your estate upon leaving.

OPTION 2
LEASE PROGRAM
 Cottage Monthly Lease - $2,900
This plan allows you to lease a cottage by paying a fee that combines the monthly fee and a lease fee. An additional person fee of $200 per month will be assessed for more than one individual living in the cottage. All utilities (except telephone) as well as the other mentioned amenities will be included in the lease fee.

A security deposit of $2,900 will be required along with the first months leasing fee. The lease agreement is one year in length and is subject to yearly increases.
