The goal of The Suites at the Woodlands is to provide
post acute care and state of the art rehabilitation,
allowing our guests to reach their highest potential
in the quickest time possible. Focused on rehabilitation,
The Suites offer physical, occupational and speech therapy,
in a spa-like environment. Our nurses are equipped to
handle pain management, wound care, and I.V. therapies.

WOODLAND’S
CARE OVERVIEW
Each
Woodland resident will have a individualized care-plan
constructed by our nursing, therapy, dietary, activity,
and social service staff. This care-plan will lay out
the interventions necessary to meet that individual
needs. The care-plan team will meet after the admission
and quartery with the resident and family members to
discuss the resident’s care-plan.
